Steven A. Clark
Steven A. Clark graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration in 1985. Mr. Clark then served as Town Manager for the Town of Seabrook, and as Town Administrator for the Town of Hinsdale. In 1994, Mr. Clark joined Boutin & Altieri, P.L.L.C., while attending the Franklin Pierce Law Center. After graduating from Franklin Pierce Law Center with a Juris Doctor degree in 1995, Mr. Clark began practicing in the areas of municipal law, entity formation, environmental law, wills and trusts, residential and commercial real estate, tax abatement, and zoning, planning, and land use.
Mr. Clark has appeared before the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, the New Hampshire Board of Tax and Land Appeals, and local land use and governing boards.
